Line Manufacturing has the experience and ability to meet the aesthetic demands of the cosmetics industry. Components must be flaw-free with no draw rings, waves or other imperfections.Specialty metal finishing and coating is managed by Line Manufacturing through our network of ISO compliant and approved vendors.
Some Examples:
- End cap for a cosmetic mirror.
- End cap for an eyeliner pencil. Costs were dramatically reduced by engineering a tool that included holding nibs, eliminating the need for secondary punching.
- Lipstick tubes.
Line Manufacturing produces a wide range of components for the houseware industry including perforated caps for shakers, broom handle caps, tool handle caps, ferrules for files and brushes and many others.
Some Examples:
- These shaker tops come off the presses fully threaded and pierced, eliminating the need for any secondary operations.
- Ferrule for a wood handle. Wire rings are formed and assembled at Line Manufacturing.
- Ferrule with hanging ring for a steel handle.
