Beauty secrets of the universe?  Concealers and Correctors!
Correctors brighten the darkest areas under the eyes. This allows concealer to lighten and blend. Concealers should blend into your skin, lightening the dark circles and instantly making you look much better.
Different concealers and correctors are formulated for very specific use. Choose a concealer and when needed a corrector designed for each of your problem areas.
Remember: Concealers are not formulated for use on blemishes or areas of redness.
They are creamier in consistency and lighter than the skin tone. Using under eye concealer on areas of redness will only highlight the imperfections. Yellow toned foundation and / or corrector that matches the skin tone is the best way to adequately cover blemishes, scars, and redness.

The application of an under eye concealer is the most important step in your makeup routine. Concealer is the one product that, when chosen and applied correctly, will instantly brighten and lift the face.
The skin under the eye is very thin, so the blue of the fine veins just under the surface tend to shine through. A lighter yellow toned concealer mixed with a corrector will mask this blue discoloration and brighten the skin.

Lip pencil application
Some lip color products are long lasting but often far to dry. Here are a few techniques that provide extended wear.
Tips for long lasting color:
Use a lip pencil that matches the natural color of the lips to line and completely fill in the lips. The base helps to hold the color in place. Layer lipstick on top!
Blotting lipstick with your fingers presses color into the lips and will create a stain that will last.
Try using lip pencil on top of lipstick to create a barrier.
A bit of powder or blush patted on top of  the lipstick will keep it longer.
Because it’s so much easier to match the lip color than to use a dark color that has to be blended.
Celeb Watch…Bright Lips
A bright lipstick is the easiest way to update your look for summer. Red is the obvious choice whether it is a classic red, or has blue undertones, or an orange base like Cameron’s, it will smarten up an otherwise frivolous summer outfit.
Alternatively, experiment with a juicy orange or punchy pink like Kirsten and Lauren. If the dense shades of a lipstick applied with a lip brush or straight from the bullet are a little too much, then work a pastel pink into your lips with your finger to create a softer, stained look that is effortless but still has the impact you are looking for.

You have probably heard the exciting news that Alber Elbaz will design a Lanvin collection for H&M which will hit the stores on 23rd of November. This means luxury for an affordable price but what make-up to wear?
For starters, I would buy a nice ‘luxury’ for the holidays since Christmas is coming close! The new winter looks are the perfect match with a black Lanvin dress….
Tips for Lips, Eyes, Face, and Hair…
Lips: Try using fierce and bold colours such as soft purples, plums, or burgundy.
Eyes: Wearing hot lips? Keep the eyes subtle and nude, unless your going to a party.Don’t forget a great building & thickening mascara.
Face: A subtle highlighter on the high points of the cheekbones always works for parties and dining outdoors.
Hair: Go for that classy and sophisticated look! Straight hair with a pony or subtle waves is favourable.
