BEAUTY CV
Amanda Holden, Britain's Got Talent judge and ambassador for Avon
HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR HAIR HEALTHY AND SHINY?
I always use Pantene shampoo. I am using Ice Shine (£1.89, supermarkets) as it really does make my hair shine. I also use Louise Galvin's Sacred Locks Treatment Masque (£26; www.hqhair.com) now and then for extra condition.
WHO DO YOU CONSIDER TO BE BEAUTIFUL?
Sharon Stone is gorgeous. She is flawless and an older woman who still is so beautiful.
WHAT IS YOUR BEAUTY MUST-HAVE?
Avon's Advance Techniques Dry Ends Serum (£4.50; www.avonshop.co. uk). It leaves my hair feeling and looking so shiny.
WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST BEAUTY MISTAKE?
I had my hair dyed a deep red that looked amazing in the evening with heavy make-up. But during the day I looked like a vampire.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE YOU LOOK GOOD ON ARRIVAL AFTER A LONG FLIGHT?
My best tip is to try to have only one glass of alcohol, drink lots of water and take a can of Batiste Dry Shampoo (£1.95; Superdrug) to spray through your hair. It gives body and dries up all the horrible grease from being asleep. Also, moisturise and wear a glamorous tracksuit and Uggs or comfy trainers and take shades.
WHAT'S THE LAST BEAUTY PRODUCT YOU BOUGHT?
Avon's Anew Clinical Crow's Feet Corrector (£20; www.avonshop.co.uk) leaves my skin feeling soft: my secret weapon against wrinkles.
THE MOST EXPENSIVE BEAUTY PRODUCT YOU'VE BOUGHT?
I went through a phase of using Creme de la Mer (£156.60; 0870 0342566).
AND THE CHEAPEST?
Probably Vaseline (99p; Boots): essential for lips.
STAR BEAUTY SECRET?
Drinking roobos tea is fabulous for your skin.
THE BEST BEAUTY ADVICE YOU WOULD PASS ON?
Drink lots of water, exercise and always moisturise. But more importantly than that, be nice to people and live your life with your heart, because beauty really does come from within. If you're happy, you'll look good.
